And with a Jolly "HO-HO-HO" and "Bro Jr Deacon - What is..." the first meeting of Friendship Tuscan Lodge #145 for the ensueing 2012 year was under way. Senior Warden Russell Scull was in the East in the absence of W/M Eric Hoy, whilst he attended the Actual Past Masters meeting in Suffield.

In all seriousness, Sr. Wrdn Russ Scull did a fine job and only at the closing of the actual business meeting did he adorn himself with the Chapeau of the season.  I believe the manuals say, "and the Master will remained covered at all times" and Bro Russ complied as you can see. The entire line of new officers for 2012 were in place, (except for the Master). The social hour began with the Stewards service up a great homemade crock pot of chili, (add your own degree of "heat") and homemade cornbread. After a complete and successful business meeting, the Lodge adjorned to the banquet hall for Apple pie and coffee.

To the Officers of 2011, we all thank you for a great year for our          Lodge,and looking forward, as we all must do, we become anxious to journey into 2012 and what ever the future holds for our great Lodge. So Mote It Be!!!!
